Letter to the one who abuse me :

The pain you put me through as a child I can't describe the fear I experience
Through my adult life it's been hard for me to open up to others and to trust others
I still have flash backs for what happen to me as a child
I thought it was my fault for so long I was a prisoner to my own self but know I am done being trap
within myself what I experiance will stay with me forever,but what I will do in my life is warn others and tell others
