As I was reading your story, I wondered if you have ever thought about seeking some professional help in order to deal with your feelings from the abuse? This can help. I know, as I am a sexual abuse survivor and this was one of the steps that I took to become a victor.

Sex can be a difficult issue after being sexually abused. Sometimes talking with your sexual partner about what happened to you allows for better understanding of your feelings and sexual expectations.

Whatever you choose to do, take your time in making decisions that will make you feel uncomfortable and unworthy. Knowing and understanding yourself, healing, and being happy with who you are are key elements that will help you move forward in all aspects of your life.
