Often feel alone Empty Often feel alone

Regarding relationships! I'm married and have been for 7 years. For the most part things are good, considering all that plays into a marriage. Many times I still feel isolated and I have a history of marital discord. I went through 3 very trying years of drinking and drugging and womanizing. Anything that allowed me to in power myself. At the same time I destroyed my spirit. So I enjoy my relationship with my wife but it would be so nice to leave the spirit of yesteryear behind.

Hello Moving Forward! Have there been any changes (good or bad) in your marriage? What is one thing that has gotten better, or one thing you'd like to change?
