Nothing.....

Lately I feel like I don't know anything. I don't know how I feel, what I feel, or why I'm feeling that way. I don't even know where my life is headed anymore. I keep having flashbacks and panic attacks. On top of that I do know that I feel alone. Seeing that I have few friends I kinda am, if I had any I doubt they would understand what I feel anyway.

You mentioned some changes lately. What has happened or changed recently?

I really dont know what's changed. My life is pretty much the same as always i feel the same but I don't feel the same ( if that makes any sense). I'm trying to work on addressing what happened but it's tough when your doing it by your self with virtually no support. I've always been alone and "misunderstood", now I think Im starting to feel like that. Its like a very very very early midlife crisis. But at a extremely bad/important time in my life.

You said you are dealing with your issues, and have virtually no support. Of course we are always here, but do you think you'd benefit from a more personalized approach. Perhaps a support group in your area, or one on one coaching/counseling sessions.

I know,but I'm having a hard time finding it.i live in a big city but it's nuts.my best bet would be being virtually commited. I've been looking for a support group but I'm having no luck on that front either. I'm at least know when I go to college it will be easier

In college will you have access to a different set of resources? What will make it so much better?

Yes I will, the city I will be attending college in has a large list of services avalible.oppose to here where I'm kinda dead locked.
