Trying something different...

It wasn't easy, but you've done alot to get to this point. What can you NOW do to help yourself continue healing?

The next step for me is to be more assertive with everyone not just my theripist. And to let people know when i disagree with them and when they offend me. To be able to cope with put downs and cristism and get over my addiction to approval.

I have a list of things I'm grateful for in my life and what I want to achieve for myself. Most mornings, I read the list before meditation - reflecting on how far I have come and the beauty in the present and what's to come.
