Looking for a Moderator

I'm looking for a co-moderator for the Black Sexual Abuse Survivors online support group. As a moderator, you will monitor discussions to prevent misuse of this support group. You will also have the opportunity to create new forums for discussion on the site. This is an excellant opportunity to take on a more active role on the site, to help others in their healing and to share your knowledge with others.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. If you get the position, you must post a comment on the board at least 5 days a week.
2. Have a copy of the "Courage to Heal" readily on hand for reference. This will help you give better feedback in your reply to members of this site.
3. Must read all of the content on the main blacksurvivors.org site. (such as: sexual abuse definitions, coping mechanisms, etc.). It is important to understand the nature of sexual abuse, especially in the African-American community to better serve the members of this online support group.
